THE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Organization:

1. All the reservations (booking of Tour or Services) from
the Client shall be made in writing by email or fax and be confirmed from
Saomaitours Vietnam
by the document of Tour-Confirmation. Your reservation is valid only if you
have already acknowledged our services and conditions as shown in this
document and feed back to Saomaitours as the reconfirmation of your
reservation.
RESPONSIBLILITIES

1. Saomaitours undertake that the services supply by
Saomaitours will be respected as showing in the Tour-confirmation
.
2. Any changes from itinerary/service agreed by the force
majeur must be notified to the Client , the
different costs must be negotiated between Client and Saomaitours Vietnam.
For any changes from itinerary/service agreed that are initiated from the Client , the extra expenses shall be paid by the Client.
3. No refund shall be made from Saomaitours Vietnam
in the case any guest in Group do not participate as the itinerary /
service agreed
4. The Client must absolutely respect the laws of Vietnam (Entry-Exit & Custom
formalities) and to have the responsibility to the individual behavior
during the reside temporary in Viet Nam.
5. Saomaitours Vietnam
is ready to help the Client in the urgent-case but disclaim responsible for any kind of
illness, accident, damage or theft of belongings of the trip in Viet Nam ,
including before and while our services are in progress or after using our
services.

CANCELLATION :
|
|
|
|
Any
cancellation shall notify to Saomaitours Vietnam in writing by fax or
email. The cancellation by the
objective cause most directly effected to the trip such as
: Natural disasters (eathquake,flood..), Epidemic diseases, War,
Terrorism... is no charge.
The
cancellation fees are imposed should there be :
1- To notify prior 30 days up before the arrival date : No
charge
2- To notify 15 days up to 30 days before the arrival date :
25% of Total of Tour/service cost
3- To notify 3 day up to 14 days before the arrival date :
50% of Total of Tour/service cost
4-
To notify less than 3 days or No show : 75% of Total of
Tour/Service cost

payment :
|
|
|
|
1- The deposit is necessary for the Tour to be made, the
down payment is 25% of the notified total of Tour/service cost and must be
paid to Saomaitours Vietnam not late than 30 days before the date of
arrival of the Group OR within 3 days from the date which the Client
receiving the Tour-confirmation for the under 30 days booking .
2- Full payment is required for services provided be made by
money telegraphic transfer (SWIFT mode) to Saomaitours Vietnam's account at least of
15 days before the arrival date of the Group.
If the full
payment is made by Client on arrival to Viet Nam, it must be accepted
by Saomaitours and this full payment in cash/ credit-card / travel-cheque
must be settled upon the arrival date of the Group.
